In 2015, Taipei Medical University (TMU) established the College of Management to quickly respond to the continuously growing social needs in a constantly changing competitive environment with information integration and innovative management technology. In order to fulfill the developmental needs of the interest in big data, the College of Management aims to cultivate managerial personnel with insights, practical attitude, and international perspective for the health care management field.

The logo also serves as a concept extension to the Taipei Medical University school, by
using embellishment, an untraditional form of visualization, expressing the advancement in creativity.
